Maybe you keep moving the finish line, believing the next accomplishment will finally bring satisfaction. Maybe you have spent so much time meeting expectations that you are not sure what you actually want anymore. Or maybe you simply know that something feels off, even though you have so much to be grateful for.
ASCEND is my coaching approach for helping accomplished women change their relationship with achievement. ASCEND Insight is the private intensive where we begin by understanding what is happening beneath the surface. We will explore the patterns shaping how you experience success, separate what you want from what you think you should want, and identify a meaningful place to begin changing things.
How To Come Prepared
After you book, I will send you a short pre-session assessment to help you reflect on your relationship with achievement, the expectations you carry, and what you want to experience differently. Plan for approximately 30-45 minutes of reflection before we meet.
You do not need to know exactly what needs to change. Come with an open mind and a willingness to look beyond what you have accomplished to consider what you actually want.
